PROJECT STATEMENT
The Philippines has many communities in need of assistance. Such assistance may come in various forms for instance, financial support, resource distribution, and even acquisition of land. Nalum Ville is a community located in Brgy. Baliok, Davao City whom the researchers are tasked to create a Community Project Proposal for that will help address its current issues. Much like other Filipino communities, Nalum Ville of Davao City serves to benefit from an agency and having a means for productivity. Nalum Ville deserves to have the capital equipment to support its 91 families. The community leaders are aware of this and their other needs and have highlighted their top priorities, namely: legal assistance, monetary capital, and a food processing building. In response, we propose Project NalumVilleding to address their need for monetary capital and a food processing building. Project NalumVilleding is an integrated solution. The researchers intend on collaborating with a food industry company to spearhead a food processing building and subsidize its construction. The monetary capital needed for land acquisition will be covered by government loans. The researchers aim to contribute to Nalum Ville by setting up a proposal with which future projects may be implemented upon. With careful research and analysis of the area and its families, compiling feasible suggestions and solutions should serve as a first step in the overall progress of the community. The researchers are optimistic that with the proper execution of their proposal, Nalum Ville will be aided in addressing its current issues.
