The New Clark City (NCC) in Capas Tarlac was the site for this year’s mini thesis research project. It is a master planned city with an area of around 9500 hectares and more than 50% will be dedicated to parks, river edges developments, protected areas and open spaces, thus the concept of NCC as an Emerging Landscape is the theme for the LA 132 class. This is an opportunity for the students to show their expertise in ensuring that this will be a sustainable healthy city in the future…
